What we hold, and who sees it.

Only what the service actually needs.

We do not collect payment card details. Payments go through a payment provider and we never see the card.

The provider doing the work, and nobody else.

• The accredited immigration agency sees what it needs to file for you. That is the whole point of the service.
• The licensed broker, transport company, guide or staffing agency sees only what they need to deliver.
• We tell you who, by name, before we send anything.
• We do not sell your data, ever, to anyone. There is no advertiser, no data broker, no list.
• We do not share it with a landlord, a developer, or a business we cover in exchange for anything.
• The newsletter runs on beehiiv. If you subscribe, your email address goes to them because they are the ones who send it. The signup box on our pages is theirs, loaded from their servers, so they can see that your browser loaded it. Nothing else on this site loads anything from anyone else. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click and that deletes you from the list.

We delete what we do not need.

• Passport scans and identity documents are deleted within 30 days of the filing completing, unless you ask us to keep them for a renewal.
• Health information is deleted when the placement ends, or sooner on request.
• Invoices and receipts we keep for as long as tax rules require.
• Footage is kept indefinitely, because it is the work. Releases govern how it may be used.
• Data is held on standard business services in the US and Philippines. Sensitive documents are not kept in group chats.

Ask and we do it.

• Ask what we hold about you and we will send it.
• Ask us to correct it or delete it and we will, unless a filing is in progress or the law requires us to keep it.
• Withdraw a filming release any time before publication.
• Unsubscribe from anything in one click, and it does not affect a service you have booked.

Depending where you live you may have rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), the GDPR, or US state law. We intend to honour the strongest of whichever applies to you, rather than argue about which one does.
