The Bureau of Immigration runs a portal at e-services.immigration.gov.ph. A straight tourist extension goes through it from your phone, you pay with GCash or a card, and Vaya has nothing to do with it. What the portal does not do is tell you that day 31 is a fine, that day 59 changes what you are, or that the annual report window shuts on 1 March. We track your dates and handle the filings the portal will not take.
Government fees change and depend on how long you extend for. We quote you the real number before you pay us anything, and the receipt shows what went where. If the free row is the right row for you, we will say so.
Checked on 7 October 2026. Verify it yourself before you rely on it, because this moves.
Email us with EP02 in the subject and a photo of your passport page and arrival stamp. You get your real dates back the same day, from a person, for nothing. Whether you then need us is a separate conversation and often the answer is no.
